RAW. By Cameron Elyse, Series, 2025

About the Project

The Objective

Our Approach

Creative Direction

RAW. is a cinematic podcast series exploring the complexity of the twenty-something experience, a period defined by learning, unlearning, and becoming.

Hosted by Cameron Elyse, the series uses personal reflection as a mirror, allowing audiences to see their own growth, questions, and transitions through lived experience.

The objective of RAW. was to create a space for honest, introspective conversation that moves beyond surface-level discourse.

The series was designed to prioritize depth over virality, positioning storytelling, presence, and production as the foundation for long-term audience connection.

In contrast to podcasts built on sensationalism or clip-driven controversy, RAW. centers holistic topics and grounded dialogue.

Each guest is selected through genuine relational proximity rather than visibility, allowing conversations to feel intimate, reflective, and rooted in real life.

Every episode exists as a moment in time, serving as a personal timestamp that captures a specific chapter in Cameron Elyse’s evolving perspective.

Each episode of RAW. is produced as a short film, with no two settings alike.

Drawing from Cameron Elyse’s background in production and photography, the visual language takes inspiration from Donald Glover’s Atlanta, using unconventional framing and observational angles to create a fly-on-the-wall experience.

The shifting locations and environments are intentional, keeping both guests and viewers present while reinforcing the idea that growth is never static.

RAW. is built on the belief that quality outlives urgency. Each episode is crafted without rush, released only when it aligns with the right moment, allowing the work to breathe and resonate fully.

Each season reflects a new perspective in Cameron Elyse’s life, positioning the series as both a creative archive and a living narrative.

Reflections

RAW. was a personal calling to move before clarity arrived. By committing to consistent action and trusting my own timing, I learned how to show up for myself fully and experience life through my own perspective, which allowed a new version of myself to take shape. RAW. reinforced the importance of listening to intuition, acting when the idea is present, and trusting that the details will reveal themselves through movement.
